Martin Nielebock born in 1993, is an artist studying painting/glass under Prof. Natalie Häusler at Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle. In his artistic practice, he addresses the anatomy, socio-political events and the naivety of growing older. The abstract paintings play with typography and symbolism, repeating structures and spatial depths of colour. The works are enhanced by wall paintings and spatial installations with architecture, light and sound. Most recently, he has shown works at Büro Für and gr_und project spaces in Halle and Berlin. He lives and works in Halle (Saale), DE.
